Eftersom växter är levande material, och eftersom växterna säljs till rabatterade priser under denna utförsäljning, kan vi inte ta emot några returer. Vi strävar efter den bästa upplevelsen för våra kunder och hoppas du ska trivas med dina nya, fina växter!

Har du valt Avhämtning för dina växter måste dessa hämtas ut under nämnda dagar. Om din order ej hämtas under denna tid sker full debitering av ordern.


Can I return my plant?

Plants are living material which means there is no return policy. We strive for the best possible experience for our customers.

On all other non-plant products we offer full return within 14 days. As soon we receive the returned items we will issue a full refund. Beware that the product needs to be in the same condition as when you bought it. Please send it back in the original package.


The customer pays all return costs.




Is your order damaged?

If something is badly damaged please let us know within 24 hours after receiving your order.


If your product is badly damaged or has any other serious fault, please send it back to us within 48 hours. The product must be returned unused, in the same condition and in original packaging as when you purchased the item. The customer pays all refund costs.


To return your plant please email return to info@soliplants.com and include the following:

order number

photos of the plant

why you want to return it


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days


For all other claims we follow the swedish law “Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden”. Please see your customer rights at www.arn.se

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@soliplants.com.




Return Shipping

To return your product, send it to: Soli Plants, Jakobsdalsvägen 10, 12653 Hägersten, Sweden.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the full amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are sending an item worth more than 500 sek, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
